Rules about linking to our site

Assignment and Transfer: We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations under the Contract to another party, but we will notify you in writing or by posting on this website if such a transfer occurs. You can only transfer or assign your rights or obligations under the Contract to someone else if we agree to it in writing.
Waiver: If we do not insist on the performance of any of your obligations under the Contract, fail to enforce our rights against you, or delay in doing so, it does not mean that we have waived our rights or that you are exempt from fulfilling those obligations. If we choose to waive any rights, we will only do so in writing, and this will not imply that we waive any rights in future defaults by you.
Severance: Each clause of these Terms is separate. If a court or relevant authority finds any part to be unlawful or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will continue to be valid and enforceable.
Third-Party Rights: The Contract is between you and us. No other person is entitled to enforce any of its terms.
Complaints: If you encounter any problems or are dissatisfied with our services, we have a comprehensive complaints policy available from Lyons Farm Cars.
Alternative Dispute Resolution: Alternative dispute resolution involves an independent body reviewing the facts of a dispute and attempting to resolve it without court intervention. If you are a consumer and are unsatisfied with how we’ve handled your complaint, you can contact the alternative dispute resolution provider we use or submit a complaint to Trading Standards, with your local branch available on their website. Additionally, disputes can be submitted for online resolution through the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform.
